At Shift Shield™, we know you don’t want to wait around. We work hard to get every order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where offered)
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Shift Shield™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- Include your order number and photos if the package was damaged.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, Shift Shield™ ships only within the United States.
We plan to expand shipping destinations as we continue to grow.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
